I´m Carrie, an artist from the Medical Visualization Master Degree of 2022/23. I am German living in the UK where I studied and used to work as a Graffiti Artist. In my free time I love to sketch, paint, gel print and edit photos.
Through my degree I found my passion to 3D art. I love photorealistic design, colour lumteri and motion graphics. Colour correction, Lighting and Glitch effects is what I live for. My style tends towards a grunge and retro design however, I can never resist the beauty of minimal and aesthetic design for long.
I am a very goal-driven, upbeat, visualisation artist with experience in several creative fields. During my Master project I created videos through videography, photography and 3D art to better communicate delicate and sensitive topics. I have a an excellent understanding of how to create emotional responses in the viewer based on image and video characteristics such as colour, complexity and studio setup.
I always had a passion for motion graphics and graphic design. Since I can remember my dad would take me to big magazine stores and meanwhile he was distracted with technology booklets, I would browse through all fashion magazines I could find. I love aesthetic designs and have always admired companies like yours.

Abstract
Chemical weapons used in terrorist attacks become increasingly dangerous. One of the most dangerous nerve gas agents is sarin, which inhibits enzymes within the human body that are essential for survival. Threats to the public are difficult but important to communicate. There is a lack of addressing such delicate and complex topics to the wider audience. Therefore, this study incorporates emotional responses when delivering such topics. Emotions, specifically those with negative affect, have the purpose of making the mind aware of possible dangers in the surroundings.
This study tries to find connections between terrorism awareness and emotional responses of the viewer when communicating complex but dramatic terrorism events. This was done by producing a video on the Tokyo subway sarin attack in 1995 by communicating the symptoms of sarin poisoning to create feelings of fear and sadness.
